The program provides a distinctive blue envelope to participating drivers, which contains essential documents such as their driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance card, along with tips for effective communication and instructions for both the driver and the Deputy. This proactive approach aims to reduce misunderstandings during traffic stops, fostering mutual respect and ensuring a safer experience for all parties.
